Our company introduced the advance embedded system technology to develop the embedded vehicle test control system (the unique company adopts this system in China), the equipments which use this system are exported to UAS (the unique company export test equipments to USA in this filed in China).
The developing and using our embedded system makes our vehicle test control technology at the leading level in the same field in China.
The current traditional test control technology is composed the industrial computer and electronics control components, this combination has its disadvantage, such as low utilization percentage, large volume, many circuit contacts (more than 10), high failure rate, difficult to lookup and maintain etc. But, the embedded test control system integrate all the function of traditional control system within one metal case which dimension is 16×16×8(cm3), weight is only 700g (following refer to Module”) with the marked advantage of small dimension, little circuit contacts, high reliability, non-maintenance.
The module is installed on the position which is easy to operate, with the functions of jam-proof, dust-proof, shock-proof, moisture-proof, antimagnetic, anti-static, anti-bump etc.There is little circuit ports (4~6pcs). Using brief and reliable connection-peg to ensure the correct and simple installation (A common operator just takes few minutes to install).To install the module into the equipment makes test equipment’s mechatronics coming true.
To complete the test & control, data collection and information transfer through the module, it reduces the jam and infection to test control process and test result from the outside alterable factors greatly, also reduce the system error to least range, so that guarantees the quality.
Canceling the traditional industrial computer unit, it cut down the units of test line and save the maintenance cost; also improve the financing utilization percentage of building station and running efficiency.
The traditional computer control management system, if there is some mistake, it must need the manufactory’s engineer to resolve in locale, but the embedded system just need your equipment controller taking few minutes to change the spare one with simple tools (the spare embedded system will be supplied together for free), with this easy replacement, the unit can renew to test. The false one can be sent back to our company to repair for using again, it implements non-maintenance in deed.
Due to the module debugged well and accepted by equipment already, there no need to adjust the test status, you can choosing any PC or laptop to start the test (this function can not be carried on by traditional industrial computer system), so that it reduce lots time for the period of installation and adjustment, and makes you to run in the station in short time.
The traditional industrial computer control system was set on the test line in bad condition (high temperature and long rain period in South China, cold in North China), this affects the computer’s reliability inescapably, and leads to shut-down frequently and don’t work, this is biggest trouble for test station, but the module application declare the shut-down” period over.
The module also can connect Secondary Instrument System, it can extend the units when you need at any time, to satisfy intelligent technology request.
